This enable a report to be generated that can provide the current collections position on any customer. Saves exporting to excel and then adding or cutting & pasting notes. Could also add contact details to this report

Allow scanning of unpaid invoice to be linked to customer statement for multi page printing.
This way you can scan in a unpaid invoice when a customer charges and has someone sing a invoice. Then you can print a statement and a copy of the singed invoice, having six singed invoices on one page. Saving on postage and having to pull singed invoices for proof who singed them.
