Ability to memorize one invoice to several customers.
Create an invoice and be able to choose from all customers which it applies to (like invoice duplicator) and then be able to memorize that invoice to all the checked customers.

Allow Custom Financial Reporter to show several previous years rather than just one.
It would be so helpful if the custom financial reporter could have the option of several years of data, rather than just the current and one previous year.

Create a program to allow multiple sales tax rates on the same invoice
We maintain multiple sites in multiple locales for the same customers. Currently we have to bill each site (over 160 for one customer) individually, using the same invoice number for each site, then open a separate company file to send a blanket invoice to the customer for the total amount. This is done in order to charge and pay state and local sales taxes to the proper agencies. The ability to list each site on the same invoice with the proper local sales tax applying to each line item would turn a 2 hour or more process for monthly billing… more

a report that adds the first paragraph of the "notes" field to the right of the A/R Aging Summary
This enable a report to be generated that can provide the current collections position on any customer. Saves exporting to excel and then adding or cutting & pasting notes. Could also add contact details to this report

Report Combiner: Allow ranges to post journal entries
Right now it is a bit of a hassle to run the report combiner multiple times and exporting the data in those time frames. I would suggest allowing an option to do monthly or quarterly journal entries to allow for good comparisions when using the custom financial reporter.
I really like this program!

Mark "Allow Online Payment" box for Finance Charge Invoices
QB 2009 doesn't offer option to mark all Finance Charge Invoices as Allow Online Payment. We need a program to do this for us instead of having to open every invoice & click that box.

Copy Invoice to Credit Memo
Click "Convert Invoice to Credit Memo". So many times I have to manually copy an entire invoice to a credit memo when there's a change in the invoice after Sales Taxes have already been reported for that period. In order to not affect the already reported sales tax period, I have to create a credit memo in the current period exactly as the original invoice and then create a new revised invoice in the current period.
